The Model MC-1 is a manual screen printing press. Ideal for proofing, this machine has been used in low production situations, for ink testing, and in proofing 4-color process jobs before running them on multi-color presses.

The Model F1 is a semi-automatic press for single color jobs. This easy to use, rugged printer is used for single color work, or for multi-color and 4 color process printing by using our exclusive CD pallet. The CD Pallet system allows for holding registration during multi-color printing, by printing on color at a time on a single color machine. The Model F1 is usually used in combination with our UV curing conveyor.

The Model SST can print up to 6 colors, uses a single, built-in UV cure unit, and returns a finished CD with each cycle. This sliding table, medium production machine requires one operator, can save job parameters for repeated jobs, and can be tooled to print multiple CD/DVDs at one time. The computer controlled interface allows you to switch the order of colors printed with the touch of a keyboard. No need to physically change the location of the screen, squeegee or inks. You can even double hit a color! By sharing the UV cure unit, the cost of printing multi-color CDs is reduced with the trade off being a slightly longer cycle time between finished CD/DVDs.

The Model NCC is our fully automatic, high production, rotary printer capable of printing up to 6 colors. The Model NCC utilizes a separate UV cure station for each color printed. The CD/DVD being printed travels around the circular table from station to station. By having separate UV cure stations for each color, the rate of production is vastly increased. To increase it even more, a fully automatic pick-and-place can be added to fully automate the production.
