Print Multi-color CDs/DVDs With A Single Color Press

Now there is a low cost alternative for screen printing or pad printing CDs and DVDs in small to medium size quantities. Using the Systematic Automation CD/DVD Printing Pallet, even a one color manual screen printing machine (or pad printing machine) can be used to produce unlimited multi-color imprints. The pallet works well with CD business cards and other specially shaped CDs.

This highly engineered carrier tray was designed to protect the media while holding the CD/DVD firmly. The unique design maintains a small air space between the top of the CD/DVD and the bottom of the pallet when the pallets are stacked.

Pallets can be stacked and maintain a small airspace between the CD and the bottom of the next pallet. Good design makes the installation and removal of the CD easy.
