standard screen printing inks. The infrared energy is absorbed by most inks with no problem. Clean and efficient, infrared energy is easily
controlled and suitable for most shop requirements.
The Systematic Automation IR Curing System consists of a IR drying tunnel, a conveyor, and a solid base unit for the entire assembly.
The variable speed DC motor may be set to deliver belt rates of 0 to 100 feet per minute. The direction of belt travel can be easily reversed.
The height of the entire conveyor unit can be adjusted to facilitate integration into the setup of your current production line.
As the product is deposited on the intake end of the moving conveyor belt, it passes under the IR curing unit. A special black pigmented
Teflon coating on the conveyor belt assures long belt life.
The modular system can easily be configured to your requirements.
