Foam Cups

The Model PT-8 Screen Printer includes an 8-station rotary indexer for high speed printing of plastic, paper, and foam cups. The great advantage of this machine is that you have great accessibility for loading and unloading the cups and that these functions can occur at the same time that the machine is printing. The operator loads the cup onto the printer mandrel at the 9 O'clock position on the machine dial, the cup is printed at 12 O'clock position, and unloaded at 3 O'clock position. The Model PT-8 is capable of printing around the entire circumference of most cups. Tooling mandrels are available for all cup sizes and styles.

The adjustable tilt indexer allows the machine to print cups with different tapers with quick changeover. A change of tooling on the printer dial makes it possible to print many other cylindrical products on the same machine.

The Model UVSP UV Spin Cure is available for the curing of UV ink on cups.
