 KoozieThe Model PT-8 Screen Printer includes an eight station rotary indexer for high speed printing of koozies. Whether it be foam or collapsible koozies or your own unique design, the Model PT-8 can print them all. The operator loads the koozie onto the machine mandral at the 9 O'clock position on the machine dial, the koozie is printed at the 12 O'clock position, and unloaded at the 3 O'Clock position. Foam koozies are manually unloaded. An assisted take-off is available that pushes the foam koozie way off of the mandrel making unloading quicker and easier. Collapsible koozies can be manually or automatically unloaded. Systematic Automation offers a servo driven unloader for collapsible koozies which removes them from the Model PT-8 Screen Printer and then brings them thru a super efficient and compact electric dryer. The dryer has been designed specifically for koozies making it the most energy efficient dryer available; your energy savings will be significant. The Model PT-8 is capable of printing around the entire circumference of a koozie. Even collapsible koozies can be printed on both sides in a single operation so print time is cut in half. Tooling mandrels are available for all koozie types. A change of tooling on the printer dial makes it possible to print many other cylindrical products on the same machine.
