Rugged and dependable, with high levels of speed and accuracy, the RC-1 is a machine that provides screen printers with greater flexibility at an affordable price.

Originally designed for the advertising specialties industry, the RC-1 has also been proven successful for decorating glass and ceramic, pharmaceutical, electronic, cosmetic, and automotive products. Its ability to print on three dimensional, difficult-to-hold products makes the RC-1 a practical machine for medium to high volume production printing.

At Systematic Automation, we designed the RC-1 precision printer with the safety of the operator in mind. Unlike many rotary index screen printers on the market, this model has overload protection on all machine movements. Pinch points have been eliminated wherever possible. If the indexer movement is obstructed, it will harmlessly overload. The minimal force with which the indexer rotates can even be held back by hand, causing no harm to either the operator or machine.
