Handles Large Substrates
All the features and reliability of the workhorse Systematic Automation
810 Series are now available in a sliding table medium format flatbed graphics screen press. Models are
available in standard sizes of 36" x 36" and 48" x 48". The massive construction of this press ensures consistent,
super precision, circuit board quality printing with "live forever" reliability.
The Systematic Automation ST36 precision flatbed graphics screen press features a shuttle table design
which allows easy substrate access and eliminates vertical motion of the print head to ensure registration
accuracy. Standard features of this press include X-Y and rotational micro-adjust with dial indicators that
allow quick set up without removing your screen, dual print head controls for uniform squeegee pressure, adjustable
forced peel, zero off contact with dial indicator, foot pedal cycle start for hands free operation, and high
volume vacuum system. Aircraft construction, aluminum honeycomb vacuum tables with 34" x 34" or 46" x 46" print
areas are standard. Available options include: adjustable automatic take-off,
pneumatic frame clamp, and disappearing registration pin system.
Shuttle table screen printers have certain advantages over "clam shell" type presses. They provide full,
unobstructed access to the table when loading or unloading substrates, eliminate ink puddling at the rear area
of your screens, and ensure high precision registration.
Many standard convenience features have been incorporated into the ST36. These machines are rugged, easy to use,
and extremely reliable. As with all Systematic Automation printers, the finest materials and workmanship are
employed throughout.
