The UVC-F300 Conveyorized UV Curing Unit, 63.5" long, is the world's best UV curing system for inks, adhesives, and coatings. This compact and efficient modular unit utilizes ultraviolet light energy to cure or solidify specially formulated materials virtually instantaneously. It features A curing system with a six-inch electrodless UV lamp delivering 300 watts per inch of curing power. With its modular design, the UVC-F300 cure width can be expanded to 12" (305 mm) with the addition of a second curing unit. A special black pigmented Teflon coating on the conveyor belt assures long belt life.

Since the UV light energy emitted by the 300 watt lamp remains constant, the desired level of cure is achieved through adjustments to the conveyor belt speed setting or through adjustments to the lamp focal length. The variable speed DC motor may be set to deliver belt rates of 0 to 100 feet per minute. The direction of belt travel can be easily reversed.

The height of the entire conveyor unit can be adjusted to facilitate integration into the setup of your current production line. As the product is deposited on the intake end of the moving conveyor belt, it passes under the UV curing unit. At this location, the product is held flat to the belt by a vacuum drawn by the blower assembly mounted directly below the belt.
