UV Curing Equipment

Our standard UV curing units include conveyorized systems for curing flat products and a UV Spin Cure (U.S. Patent number #6,397,491 B1) for curing cylindrical products. Our pre-engineered UV curing equipment is used for curing inks, adhesives, and coatings.

The UV curing system emits 400 watts per inch of UV power for maximum efficiency and speed. Effective curing is achieved by matching the spectral output of the lamp to that required by your formulation and film thickness. Our knowledgeable staff can recommend the best lamp type for your application. All of our UV systems use industry standard lamps which are always in stock for immediate delivery.

Ultra Light

Advanced Ultraviolet System includes irradiator, power supply, lamp, and high voltage cable. PLC controls and touch screen user interface standard on 12" or larger systems and available as an option with the 6" system. Any size available for retrofit or OEM applications.
