The UVSP-6 (U.S. Patent number #6,397,491 B1) cures cylindrical products with or without handles, irregular, rectangular and oval shapes ranging in size from ballpoint pen barrels to one-gallon containers.

The UVSP-6 delivers a focused beam of energy on the product without the use of reflectors and incorporates a Geneva drive and light baffling for maximum operator protection. A constant stream of products is transported within the spin cure device where they are spun in front of the UV lamp.

The UVSP-6 requires no setup, no tooling changes, and with the vacuum hold-down, different shaped products can be cured at the same time.

The UVSP-6 includes eight 6-inch diameter platens for product placement and has a maximum product diameter of 7.5 inches by 12 inches in height. The UVSP-6 is designed as a stand alone unit, for semiautomatic screen printing or spray coating application of inks, adhesives and coatings. It can easily be integrated into a fully automated production line.
