Chemical Etching Screen Printer

Chemical etching dates back to as late as the 1600s. Etching at that point was done by metal workers as an aesthetic design for items made of metals. The process is now done by highly specialized pieces of equipment using multiple procedures. One procedure for chemical etching involves standard screen printing. That is where we would come in. Our role would be printing a chemical etching resist to the material. Systematic Automation can incorporate all processes required for chemical etching through multiple stations in either a rotary or inline process. 30 years of automation has made us very experienced with incorporating systems on our modular automated systems.
