Rugged and dependable, with high levels of speed and accuracy, the RC-1 is a machine that provides operators with great flexibility at an affordable price.

The RC-1 uses an all mechanical Geneva indexer with a brilliantly simple overload clutch (entirely designed and manufactured at our factory in Connecticut USA).
The Geneva indexer provides harmonic (smooth acceleration and deceleration) dial motion. The indexer is driven by a 110 volt variable speed AC Tech brushless motor. The motor is rated for continuous operation.

Tied to the indexer drive by chain is the machine controller. No PLC is used. The controller consists of a series of adjustable cams that actuate pneumatic valves. The cam box controller is entirely designed and manufactured at our factory in Connecticut. This machine control technique entirely eliminates the problem of electrical component obsolescence.

The unique machine control allows operators with basic mechanical skill to service the machine and make program changes using basic shop tools. It just can’t get any simpler! The rugged and reliable RC-1 will provide decades of trouble free operation.

Originally designed for the advertising specialties industry, the RC-1 has also been proven successful for decorating glass, ceramic, pharmaceutical, electronic, cosmetic, and automotive products. Its ability to print on three dimensional, difficult-to-hold products makes the RC-1 a practical machine for medium to high volume production printing. The modular design enables UV integration with our Ultra Light UV station along with automatic takeoff.
