The Model 810 is the heart of all Systematic Automation
screen printers. This semi-automatic clamshell printer has a production
rate of up to 1,800 cycles per hour*, and features a control panel for
easy operator access to adjustable parameters.
The clamshell style allows the operator faster access to the product,
which means more production capacity than vertical lift printers. The
100% pneumatic operation has no electrical parts that will burnout or
overload.
The Model 810 can be run in automatic mode or by foot pedal activate mode.
The Model 810 operation can't get any simpler to learn. The machine design
has changed very little in its 25 years of production. Over this period
the Model 810 has become the industry standard for ad specialty, plastics,
pharmaceutical, glass, ceramics, electronics, and many other applications.
